Our MyBee Box cashless solution is based on a robust and secure payment technology called NFC for Near Field Communication. Specifically, four elements make up our dematerialized payment solution on-site: a management interface and terminals for organizers and merchants, NFC tags and the website for users. We find the technology used in the NFC tags of your users in transport passes or in the new credit cards allowing contactless payments.

These are so-called passive encrypted NFC chip cards: they do not emit waves and therefore remain harmless to their users. During your event, participants can go to the physical top-up points or on from their smartphone (optional) to exchange real money for credits loaded on their cashless card or wristband. These credits are then exchanged by a simple few-second transaction between the cashless tags of the users and the points of sale terminals in order to make purchases.

    Upon arriving at the venue of your event, an NFC card or wristband is given to them. They can top-up the desired amount by the method of payment of their choice through physical top-up points or online on throughout the duration of the event.

    Your visitors can then spend the credits loaded on their NFC tags in your various sales outlets (restaurant, snack bar, bar, exhibitor stand, etc.) thanks to a simple reading of their card or their wristband on the cashing terminals of the stands/points of sale.

    Once your event is over, the participants can be refunded their remaining credits by going to (if they have not already done so) to fill in their identity, their email contact, their bank details and the 7-character alphanumeric code located on the back of their NFC tag.
